For the 3rd day in a row I find myself in a new city having arrived in Daejeon this evening, but I spent most of the day enjoying probably the most fun thing I’ve done this whole trip so far in Busan before I left: the Sky Capsule!

I’m struggling with speaking Korean and stumbling my way through general interactions, but that may be due to me pushing it too hard with the adventure part of this trip. I plan to take it easy tomorrow

The Virginia Passenger Rail Authority has reached a new deal with Norfolk Southern to extend its state-supported Amtrak service to the New River Valley by 2028, while avoiding a costly tunnel upgrade and making it easier to eventually bring service to Bristol.
