Sooo...I wanted apple walnut bread...found a recipe for a basic quick bread...measured the flour, baking soda, and baking powder...then measured with my heart for sugar, water, walnuts, and apple pie filling I made...took longer to cook but DANG! It's tasty 😋 no idea if ill ever be able to make it again but uh...not bad considering how I made it. In other words, any vegan bakers have recipes they love for something like this?
