I know we’re not supposed to use functioning labels anymore but I have to use them when talking to people about my diagnoses or else they won’t believe that I’m disabled.

this will be my first semester teaching face-to-face instruction. I'm offering conferences for term papers later in the semester. I've typically only done this online and students rarely did it. I'll be requiring it for this in-person course, but what time frame is effective without dominating my week or burning me out? I keep seeing educator sites saying five minutes, but that doesn't seem like enough.
