Got a "please rewrite your review so it praises our clients" from amazon. So much for sharing unbiased public opinions on private for-profit platforms.

It is obvious that most of these online stores consider businesses as their real clients and curate reviews for them. The buyers are simply one giant pool of data, money and reviews that the business feeds upon. Fodder.
