I will be working on filters in my #metalwork ventures too. Any hot tips on specific microfiltration on the cheap with home jazz is welcome. This pigment is quite fine, but could be more so. Gravity separating may be a starter, but I do not have graduated cylinders yet. Then I need to mod them with a spigot in the various layers of pigment. So its work either way. :D

Hand milling the finish on this railroad rail, turned finishing anvil. It was done with a slotter style mill, so had some deep grooves. These 80 grit metal finish wheels with flexible backing are THE ticket here. It gives fine control of the surfacing, the lighting is the second key. The light shows you where you've been. whoa. thats some #heavymetal. #alttext #alttextbonus #anisotropy
Oh yea I cleaned up the lab a bit to take this shot zoomed out. #inktober #homemade
#alttext #alttextbonus Seriously on the alttext bonus. That took some time to figure out how to make it work, enjoy!
This is #homemade #ink with a starter blarp, I made a little iron butterfly dragon, which is similar we say "horsefly", though it is it is reletively smol. They are landing on some fauna to feast and rest. Because like real dragons...nope, they are real dragons and now they are the smallest breed of dragon known to this instance branch of the multiverse. IBM...
