Does someone has any clue on how is made the #synth pad from the intro of the #song "Washed Away" from #Kelela ?

I've already managed to get the exact chord used from spectral analysis.

What I would like to know is the theory on how to achieve that kind of sound rather than downloading a preconfigured patch or synth.

Any #advices or #tutorials that could help in this matter would be great.
