Kraken of the Red Shadows from Action Force, the early 80s UK toyline that merged with GI Joe for a while. Goofy charming looking lizard man sorta reminds me of Silurians/Sea Devils from Doctor Who. Found in a charity shop today. Good condition for a 1984 year figure.
Also his general look and figure style reminds me of @jelly_eyed_kraken's comics. 🙂
I've been carrying a memory of this #comicbook page for about 40 years now...
It's a scene from #BattleActionForce during the story where #Hasbro effectively replaced the #ActionForce characters with #GIJoe guys and came up with all kinds of convoluted reasons why they'd suddenly changed.
This particular story was the conversion of Red Jackal into #Destro (he's cut off while saying "Destroy" by getting acid in his metal face!)
It's dumb, but 10 year old me thought it was the coolest thing!
