user8e8f87ePerson X, die mir sehr nahe steht, hat seit Dezember #LongCovid. Es gab ein paar Aufwärtsbewegungen, aber jetzt verschlechtert sich ihr Zustand wieder und sie kann nur noch mit Ohrstöpseln und Sonnenbrille im Bett liegen.
Sie bekommt jetzt #Abilify, ansonsten sind die Ärzte ratlos, sie ist auch für die meisten Behandlungen zu schwach. Charité hat sie gerade abgelehnt (weiß nicht, warum). Ist echt schwer, das zu ertragen. Man scheint einfach nichts machen zu können.
Sie hat zwei kleine Kinder.
Kaona 🇨🇦I had to go to emergency psych on Tuesday nigh. It wasn’t very helpful though. I was able to get a last min appt today with a doctor that comes here once a month, I’ve seen her before and she’s really nice. I really felt like going back on Seroquel would be super helpful, because I’ve been really out of sorts since I got taken off it. But she didn’t want me to go back on it because of a side effect I had. She upped my #Abilify from 5 mg to 7 mg instead. Hope it helps… #NEISvoid #Depression
The grocery store was so busy today, and my anxiety med hadn’t kicked in yet. Holy crap. But I’m glad that the shopping is over with, and that I have food options again. I’m super tired today. The Abilify is still making me sleepy during the day, especially a while after I take it at 5 PM. I’m wondering if I should try adjusting the time I take it again. It’s also on out been a little under 2 weeks on the increased dose, so it’s possible the tiredness will still lessen. #AnxietyDisorder #Abilify
1/2 I had the appt today with a nurse practitioner that the inpatient psychiatrist had set up for me. I feel like it went decently well. She told me to try out taking my #Abilify at 5 PM, since if I take it a bit before bed, I sleep for a million hours and taking it in the morning, I’m tired all day. I hope that helps. She also told me to change my #Lyrica to split the dose and take half in the morning and half at 5 PM. She said that should help with my anxiety more (hopefully my pain, too).
I wish I could function like healthy people do. Sigh. It always takes me multiple hours in the morning to start getting anything done. I’m also still extra tired in the morning from my Abilify, and even more so since the dose was upped. The big issue is being extremely overwhelmed and having little motivation. The tiredness just adds to it. #Depression #Abilify
