Updated and reopened ticket 20060561 in a2fixit.
There was a phone number on a fiber line up atop the pole, so I called it and reported in to the Everstream NOC. They have aerial fiber using that damaged pole at 500 N Main (Museum on Main Street).
The Everstream NOC writes:
"I will advise our field team in that area and they can verify the pole owner and take the appropriate steps. I appreciate your call and making us aware of the state of pole at this location."
