A3. I don't ride trails much, but I do ride city streets with bike lanes that sometimes unfairly double as places to put your empty or full trash can. If it's empty and in the way I'll stop to move it off to the side or onto the easement. And if it's a dumpster in the way (!) and I have time I'll call it in to #seeclickfix .
I wear cut resistant hi-vis workman's gloves instead of fancy bicycle gloves.
Bicycle lane sign flattened at N Main and Catherine in Ann Arbor.

This segment remains untreated, and has now been an ice-covered adventure course for over a week (see photo from yesterday).
This time, #CambridgeMA DPW closed my #SeeClickFix ticket with the following comment:
Thank you for reporting this issue to the City of Cambridge. Unfortunately, the City is not responsible for addressing issues on MBTA property, but we've shared this report with the MBTA and asked them to address.

I submitted a #MBTA "maintenance issue" complaint about this path section - it might help if others do too.
#CambridgeMA continues to ignore this segment of the linear path in snow clearance. This photo is from this morning, three days after the last snow/ice storm. Other approaches to Alewife station are also a bit treacherous, but not this neglected. I submitted another #SeeClickFix report (#15907616).
