No, my phone just broke recently and apparently (as #Zinia (aka #Santander) Support put it) I should have known that my phone would break and disabled #3DSecure beforehand...

Lol #Zinia (#Santander) support just now told me I should have disabled #Visa #3DSecure before my phone broke and "everything is good as it is" when I asked if it was possible to put in a feature request for providing an alternative that doesn't need SMS.
And the entire rest was also a cluster fuck.
Contacting customer support of #Zinia to ask how to authorize payments without a phone.
They show the notification for it being required online but there is no button to authorize it.
Lets see how much a smartphone breaking causes their processes to break
Wow, the new #AmazonVisa online banking login seriously only requires the E-Mail address and a 4-digit passcode?!?!
How is that PSD2 compliant? Others refuse to let you use their API for your own account citing PSD2 and it's "strong customer authentication" requirement and they're out there just requiring a 4-digit ping as password...
