BLOG POST: Last month I was invited to Tzu Chi International School for a Tabletop Role-Playing Games for Learning programme. I ran two sessions using #YearZeroMini and here are the actual play write-up along with some notes on the sessions. These game sessions are great for English language learners for Primary and Secondary schoolchildren in Malaysia -- especially for the improvement of English #SpeakingSkills.

RPGs IN EDUCATION CONSULTATION
Wednesday afternoon RPG session with schoolchildren at Bukit Jalil using #YearZeroMini and my own Omega Librarians setting. This valuable book retrieval team crashed in Florida flying through a storm, then appropriated a Lear Jet to reach Columbus, Ohio to meet a contact.
But upon discovering their contact has been abducted, the police arrive to arrest them for breaking and entering.

This questionnaire is looking for preferences in reading and using TTRPGs today. This week I'll be going south to visit Pay Fong Middle School in #Melaka for their English Language Week.
I have been invited to run RPG sessions and give a talk about role-playing games in education.
On Thursday, with the younger kids I will be running #YearZeroMini. On Friday I've prepped #StarWars #EdgeoftheEmpire for the older kids. The talk will be on Saturday.
I am stoked that I'm able to do this, and terrified that I'd bungle this up somehow.
