Sometime I start to think I am getting good (read: fast) at biking and then I look in the mirror and see myself looking like this. Except human. My combined #running and #cycling program is quite stable and consistent which I cant say from the training apps I use. Last weeks I have been switching between #trainasone #xert #garmin DSW, #intervalsicu and manual excel planning. That way I get mentally trained also 😜 .

Vandaag weer eens sinds lange tijd op tempo hard gelopen tijdens de Zuiderpark Parkrun. Dat leverde mijn 5e beste tijd op de 5km op. Daar ben ik best wel tevreden mee.
