-5C here this morning so took to the turbo, after a relatively easy weekend because I was feeling a bit peaky, the legs were feeling OK when I got warmed up, so it seemed like a good idea to do a bit of an impromptu fitness test. Getting real time feedback from the Xert data fields on my garmin does motivate you to stay going when the legs start to object and at the end I was rewarded with a modest increase in my TP, or in Xert terms a bronze breakthrough. #cycling #training #xertonline
