I can't emphasize enough how much I love the #TrailOfCthulhu core book presenting multiple different, conflicting, & plausaible "truths" about what or who the familiar Old Gods are just to give some actual mystery to them.
So many games (and so much media in general) like to talk about how no one knows the truth & everyone is only working with half the puzzle at best, but only ever present one objective truth.
The #WorldOfDarkness (& everything it influenced) are particularly prone to that.
The nWoD setting is vast and filled with dank little corners, into which the books occasionally shine a light. The small supplement we're covering today, Glimpses of the Unknown, does just that to close out first edition. We're mainly considering this through the lens of Changeling: the Lost, but there's something for every game line. Get your torches at the ready to peer into those crannies... 🔦
