N.B. Power ordered to pay $75K related to 2023 workplace death
N.B. Power has been fined $75,000 in relation to the death of a linesman who was killed in a 2023 workplace accident. The utility plead guilty in February to failing to have an evacuation plan in place for injured workers, and the judge handed down the sentence on Monday in a Moncton courtroom.
