As some of you know already, I was electrocuted on the Job yesterday while performing routine every day tasks. To answer the obvius questions, yes I did go to the hospital and the Doctor's believe I have suffered no injury. I suffered this event because one of our clients concealed and did not disclose damage to a power cord he dragged along the highway. One of our clients decided that facing an extra $35 on his bill, decided risking the lives of others was their best course of action. Contractors, Tradesmen, you need to do better. For 13 years I have been assisting you with your jobs in one capacity or another and I am saddened to say that those who cut corners and act with dishonesty far outnumber those with pride in their work and integrity of conduct. People of the trades and contractors big and small, you need to do better. When a client has a need their first thought shouldn't be how much is this gonna screw me in the end. Your service providers and vendors shouldn't look at you when you walk through door and think to themselves what kind of bullshit are you going to pull today. Do Better, Be Better.
