It's been a while, but I'm dipping my toes back into yoga again.
Yoga *feels* right at this point in my life, as the way to introduce gentle, mindful movement. And Scottee is such an inclusive and accessible teacher, I feel infinitely safe in the wonkee club.
Little Mr Man loves when I do a chair yoga flow sitting on a bolster on the mat. It always means extra cuddle time.
And I love how Scottee's (wonkee club) whole vibe while teaching means I know he'd understand when sometimes the pose is "hug the dog". It helps me feel so grounded, so calm, and so a part of life.
Just signed up for the Wonkee digital yoga retreat in July... which means I'll be on the mat at 6 AYEM.
Cuz this is the person I am right now.
Yoga is the hyperfixation du jour and I'm thrilled for that to be the case.
