Frida Vonstad fra Mo i Rana fikk andreplass i den internasjonale konkurranse som ble holdt i Singapore i dag. – Vi er utrolig takknemlige til She Loves Tech for denne introduksjonen på den internasjonale scenen, skriver Vonstad i en melding til NRK. She loves tech er en konkurranse for kvinner i teknologibransjen over hele verden. Her skal de overbevise dommerne om at de har den beste bedriften. Vonstad kom tidligere videre fra den vesteuropeiske konkurransen, og har i to dager oppholdt seg i Singapore for å delta i den internasjonale. Bedriften til Vonstad heter The Coring Company og utvikler software og hardware til gruve og entreprenør. Vonstad konkurrerte med 14 000 søkere fra 76 forskjellige land. – Det å bli kåret som verdens andre beste oppstartsbedrift fra lille Nord-Norge blant 14 000 er virkelig stort for oss, skriver Vonstad i en melding til NRK.
