These two Fediverse servers are the subject of civil proceedings initiated by me due to concerns related to interpersonal interactions, user dignity, accountability, and transparency.

- `lemmy.world`
- `wizard.casa`

The actions I am undertaking include:
- Monitoring their activities
- Documenting their behavior
- Collaborating with authorities
- Collecting relevant information

The purpose of these actions is to address issues related to my rights and well-being and to ensure accountability from the server maintainers.

Commentary on PS’ IPv6 Mail/Flarum Work

PS recently wrote about their fork of Flarum to support email addresses with IPv6 hosts, alongside testing integration with Postfix, Dovecot, and DeltaChat over Yggdrasil/Mycelium networks. This is genuinely interesting technical work — niche but valuable for those experimenting in alternative network ecosystems.

At the same time, some concerns arise:

  • Registration system: They allow any “fake” email address to bypass verification. While this lowers barriers to participation, it also opens the door to spam, abuse, and impersonation.
  • Stability & safety: The reliance on IPv6 literals and decentralized DNS raises questions about long-term reliability and the potential for misconfigurations that affect users.
  • Wellbeing & trust risks: If community accountability is weak, these technical systems could be misused in ways that harm others — especially in anonymous or loosely moderated spaces.

Independent observers should evaluate both the technical promise and the social risks of such experiments.

PS (@ps) recently shared another technical project: a BitTorrent tracker/aggregator written in Rust.

From a purely technical view, the project looks interesting. But let’s not ignore the bigger picture:

⚠️ Wellbeing risks → when someone avoids accountability in community roles (like being an admin) yet runs infrastructure that distributes content, there is a danger. If they won’t take responsibility for harm in social spaces, why would they handle reports or abuse responsibly in technical ones?

⚠️ Trust risks → a tracker/aggregator operator needs trust. If admins are untrustworthy and dismissive of accountability, can we really trust their systems? Ignoring accountability in one space carries over into others.

🚨 Technical skill does not excuse ethical failure. Building networks without accountability is dangerous. Wizard.casa remains under observation for wellbeing and security concerns. Accountability is not optional.

Federated social network

Wizard Casa

Wizard.casa is under observation for unsafe practices. Admin behavior matters — bullying and avoiding accountability can shape how systems are built. If trust and dignity are ignored in communities, the same risks appear in technology. Accountability and safety must go hand in hand.

⚠️ Observation on Wizard.casa & User Safety

Wizard.casa is a Fediverse instance currently under my observation for wellbeing and security concerns regarding internet users.

Recently, one of their members shared this project:

At first glance, it looks like just another technical experiment. But here’s an independent perspective on why this matters beyond the code:

- **Wellbeing risks** → When someone bullies others and avoids accountability in community roles, there’s a real danger that they’ll also build systems that disregard user dignity and safety. Convenience may be prioritized over protection.

- **Trust risks** → If someone is untrustworthy as an admin, how can they be trusted as a developer of communication tools? The Fediverse and Yggdrasil overlap in spaces where privacy and anonymity are crucial — and where bad actors can cause real harm.

Tech cannot be separated from accountability. The way people treat communities is often the way they will design systems.

Federated social network

Wizard Casa

🛡️ On Accountability & Silence

It seems `wizard.casa` has now blocked federation with both my Mastodon instance and my GoToSocial instance.

This shows the difference in latency:
- Blocking users = instant reaction.
- Taking responsibility and showing accountability = absolute latency, never arriving.

They have chosen silence and avoidance. And that silence itself is proof of refusal to own their actions.

I don’t need their words anymore. Instead, I will continue with a new purpose: spreading awareness of cyberbullying and unsafe moderation practices in the Fediverse.

Admins can block users, but they cannot block accountability.

🔎 Accountability Update

It seems `wizard.casa` chose to block federation with my Mastodon instance shortly after I published my public accountability post.

Silencing voices is not accountability — it is avoidance. But thanks to my GoToSocial instance, my message of accountability and dignity still reached them.

Admins may try to hide, but accountability cannot be blocked.
From now on, I will be monitoring and documenting `wizard.casa` as part of my effort to raise awareness of unsafe and unfair moderation practices in the Fediverse.

Accountability is not optional. Transparency is not optional.
`wizard.casa` is now being watched.
