And, in other news, I'm reading The Art of Prophecy, by #WesleyChu. It's quite good!
And it has me thinking about modern, English language #wuxia novels. If I were real pretentious I dare say I'd even label them "Neo Wuxia?"

This morning I finished #reading The Lives of Tao by #WesleyChu . Wesley Chu will be the author guest of honor at #JordanCon this year.
It's mostly fun, but I found myself getting frustrated with the characters too often. Towards the end of the book things were feeling so contrived and absurd that it was difficult to finish.
There was also one particular bit of dialog that sort of broke the entire concept of the book and shouldn't have made it through the editing process.
