Meh, I really hate #Running later than 11 am. But it was a really full morning, playing the #trumpet for ~3 hours, conducting, whirring around and tending to stuff. So there was no other way. And it had *one* upside: No spikes, what a relief (which is not to say I don’t love my EXOspikes, but running without them because there‘s not that much ice anymore, well, has its own benefits).
