Four years have passed since the invasion of #Ukraine: our thoughts go to the thousands of victims, the families torn apart, and a heroic people who have been resisting under attack for four years. After four years, our commitment is renewed and strengthened: we firmly condemn this war and reaffirm our support for Ukraine, its independence, its sovereignty, and the simple right of Ukrainians to live in peace and freedom. Europe wants and is working for peace; those who have violated international law must understand this: a just and lasting peace is the only choice, and we will always stand with the Ukrainian people.

Sono passati 4 anni dall’invasione dell’#Ucraina: il nostro pensiero va alle migliaia di vittime, alle famiglie spezzate, a un popolo eroico che da quattro anni resiste sotto gli attacchi. Dopo 4 anni il nostro impegno si rinnova e si rafforza: condanniamo con fermezza questa guerra e confermiamo il nostro sostegno all’Ucraina, alla sua indipendenza, alla sua sovranità e al semplice diritto degli ucraini a vivere in pace e libertà. L’Europa vuole e lavora per la pace, chi ha violato la legge internazionale dovrà capirlo: una pace giusta e duratura è l’unica scelta, e noi staremo sempre con il popolo ucraino.
