@blackknight95857669 GT7 is great in VR. Like NMS, once you try it you won't go back to flat screen racing. I'd also suggest #WalkaboutMiniGolf. It's a chill game with a super friendly multiplayer community. I showed it to my dad and he was shopping for a VR headset the next day. Now we have a standing appointment for a round or two every weekend.

My favorite VR game is in open beta for the iOS version. Not nearly as good as being in a fully immersive VR environment, but still can be fun on the go.
