そんな日本の精神医療の現場は歴史的な背景や精神医療そのものの難しさ、精神医療の構造上から来るひずみなど様々な問題を抱え、それが精神疾患を抱えた人の回復を阻んでしまう可能性をはらんでいます。本作では死んでしまった愛猫が幻覚として見える少年が、「猫が見える」という一点のために精神疾患と診断され入院させられ治療を受けることになります。VRの中ではプレーヤーは幻覚の猫の目線になり、少年が病院でどんな経験をするのかを見守ります。そして身近に目撃できるからこそ精神医療の問題、母娘の関係性、そして少年にとっての救いとはなにかをリアルに感じられるVRらしい作品になっています。
