Weird Science News: I read this article twice and it seems like the title is backwards. Using lasers they can extract, metallic, hydrogen, and diamonds from simple plastic.
In the decades to come, this might be a solution to pollution all over the planet and provide superconductors that rival anything in production today.
“A couple of planets might host life in Alpha Centauri, but we'll probably have to go there to find out for sure.”
It’s not a matter of if I would go if asked… it’s a matter of which fedoras I can bring with me and who else in my family will go, too.
