Fun fact - Potatoes were introduced to Indian cuisine by the Portuguese, even the word Pav or Pao is derived from Portuguese for the bread.

Excited to see yet another interesting restaurant/take-out opening near me. A chain but it's Indian street food with a Maharastra origin. It's called "Jay Bhavani" and appears to already be around the Toronto-London corridor, and also Montreal.

Interesting things to try! I didn't know what a #vadapav was – apparently a tasty potato dumpling in a bun that you dress with chutney. Can't wait. Even if just a source of good veggy burgers and chai I'll be happy.
