"@HPE announces new #virtualization product for Private #Cloud"
Wow, a new #v12n release takes me back to 2005!!
But with so much grief for @VMware customers from @Broadcom driving huge demand for '#enterprise' alternatives, this makes perfect sense.

Significant #v12n and #hci news with #Cisco dropping its HyperFlex hyperconverged range. Good news for #nutanix, nasty for some #VMware users
Happy #TheRegister is first with this #DataCenter news https://www.theregister.com/2023/09/14/cisco_discontinues_hyperflex_hci/
One of my favourite nerd things is the #QEMU advent calendar: 24 days of disk image downloads that offered all sorts of weird and wonderful VMs and machine images.
Sadly the project says "Due to time constraints and server costs, the #QEMU advent calendar will be decommissioned in early 2023." Who in the #V12N community wants to keep it - or something like it - alive? qemu-advent-calendar.org/#about
