Some tube got into my Ulster Bank and did some sort of emergency reset which included being able to take money out.

Phoned the bank to report the fraud, they were dead on about it and refunded.

I asked them what I could do to stop that happening again and they basically shrugged.

If someone knows some basic knowledge about me and decides to, they can reset my card, and no additional security can seemingly be added.

I’m changing banks.
