Today, #Starmer made 2 appointments to the UK cabinet. Both ministers are on their 3rd govt job in <2 years.

James Murray was Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury for 14 months, then Chief Secretary to the Treasury for 8½ months. Now Health Secretary.

Lucy Rigby was Solicitor General for 12 months, then Economic Secretary to the Treasury for 8½ months, now Chief Secretary.

Musical chairs is endemic in #UKgov, but it's no way to run a country.
