Finally finished tying everything and damn was this annoying without a needle!

One 5L6B 5 ply #TurksHead with an addition 2 plies in thinner #paracord going in an inverted #wrap.

A 4 strand #CrownKnot creates a handle secured with #CelticButton knots through the Turk's head. I didn't feel it was secure enough with only 2 strands.

The whole thing easily slides down off the #tumbler and has a VERY tight fit when pressed up.

Finished the #3dprint and inserted 8 heat set inserts (both ends) to be used with M4 screws as pegs. In an attempt to make a 6 bight #TurksHead knot (5 leads), I had accidentally made a 5 bight one (6 leads).

So, I whipped up a quick grid in #Photoshop which conveniently provides a premade #weave #pattern. I only had to rotate it 45°!

Just waiting for the #paracord to come in the mail to make a (probably) 7L6B knot for the tumbler and some sort of handle to hook through 2 of the top bights.

I got a tumbler as a gift recently and wanted to make a handle and grip to more easily carry it. This is the first step in that process.

This is an 8 peg #mandrel being #3dprinted on an #ender3pro. The pegs are labeled 2, 3, 4, 6, 2, 6, 4, 3 to act as a guide for tying a 2, 3, 4, or 6 bight #TurksHead #knot. #M4 screws will be used as the pins.

It's ~200mm in height which should allow for as many leads as I'd desire.
