A last peek at #comet #Tsuchinshan_Atlas last Tuesday. Looks like the nose of a smiley face positioned between Beta and Gamma Ophiuchi.
Then, after editing, I remembered something about the constellation. It took a while to find, but if you follow the comet's tail towards 66 Oph you find ... Barnard's Star! Wave hello to a speed running elder and our closest neighbour in interstellar space (visible in the Northern hemisphere)! :)

Oh, no, that comet again. 😜
This was probably the last opportunity for me to catch the comet. Shot at 430mm with a Tracking telescope. 7 shots with 20 seconds exposure time each. Stacked in Siril.

Yesterday was the first cloudless night after TEN overcast ones. So I finally got that dirty little snowball...
It's a quick and dirty stacking with little further optimising, professional astrophotographers will probably scratch their eyes out seeing this. But I'm really happy with what came out considering conditions and equipment.
