I've reviewed the 6 case reports that I could find, and it sounds like IVIG±CP plus remdesivir (once it was available), with the most recent report finishing off with combination extended remdesivir plus Paxlovid (https://doi.org/10.1093/cid/ciac847).
What have other folks done with these patients? I have to believe that it's more common than the 6 published cases over 2 years.
