یاد ورکشاپ چې د #بحراني_حالاتو پر مهال د رسنیو د بحران مدیریت، منځپانګې جوړولو او راپور ورکولو تر سرلیک لاندې جوړ شوی، په #افغانستان کې د #آی_سي_آر_سي په مالي ملاتړ ترسره کېږي.

د ورکشاپ د پرانیستې په مراسمو کې د افغاني سرې میاشتې د اطلاعاتو او خپرونو رئیس، ښاغلي جمعه خان نائل، د ورکشاپ د اهمیت او اړتیا په اړه وینا وکړه، هغه د افغاني سرې میاشتې فعالیتونو ته پر وخت #رسنیز_پوښښ ورکول او د خلکو غږ تر نورو رسول د ټولو نشراتي مدیرانو ګډ مسؤولیت وباله. نوموړي ګډونوالو ته سپارښتنه وکړه، چې له دې فرصت څخه پوره ګټه واخلي او خپلې #مسلکي_وړتیاوې لا پیاوړې کړي.

په دې ورکشاپ کې به د نشراتي مدیرانو لپاره د بحران پر مهال د خبري #منځپانګې او مطبوعاتي اعلامیو د جوړښت، د انځور او ویډیو اخیستلو او راپور لیکلو په برخو کې نظري او عملي زده‌ کړې ورکړل شي.

#Kabul: Three-Day #Training_Workshop on Media Crisis Management Begins for Information and Dissemination Officers

The Information and Dissemination Department of the #ARCS has launched a three-day training and practical workshop for its officers from the central headquarters and provincial branches.

The workshop, titled “#Media_Crisis Management, Content Development, and Reporting During Crisis Situations,” is being held with financial support from the #ICRC.

At the opening ceremony, the Director of the Information and Dissemination Department of ARCS, Mr. Juma Khan Nael, highlighted the importance and necessity of the workshop. He stated that timely #media_coverage of ARCS activities and conveying the voice of the people to the public is a shared responsibility of all officers. He also encouraged participants to make full use of this opportunity to #strengthen their professional skills.

During the workshop, participants will receive both theoretical and practical training on #news_content development, press release writing, photography, videography, and report writing during crisis situations.

#پنجشیر؛ ۲۵ تن در بخش #مدیریت_حوادث آموزش دیدند

#ورکشاپ آموزشی شش‌روزه در بخش مدیریت حوادث و #انتقال_پول_نقد که از سوی #هلال‌احمر_افغانی، برای ۲۵ تن از کارمندان و رضاکاران در ریاست نمایندگی ولایت پنجشیر برگزار شده بود، با توزیع تصدیق‌نامه‌ها به پایان رسید.

هدف این ورکشاپ، ارائهٔ خدمات به‌موقع، مؤثر و مسلکی به افراد آسیب‌دیده در #حالات_اضطراری و حوادث طبیعی بود.

در این ورکشاپ، به #اشتراک‌کنندگان در مورد اقدامات عاجل و مؤثر در زمان وقوع حوادث، کمک‌رسانی به آسیب‌دیدگان و تطبیق طرزالعمل‌های انتقال پول نقد، به‌گونهٔ نظری و عملی معلومات مفصل ارائه شد.

#Panjshir: 25 Individuals Trained in #Disaster_Management

A six-day #training_workshop on disaster management and #cash_transfer concluded with the distribution of certificates to 25 staff members and volunteers at the ARCS provincial branch in Panjshir Province.

The #purpose of the workshop was to ensure the timely, effective, and #professional delivery of services to affected people during disasters and emergency situations.

During the workshop, participants were provided with detailed #theoretical and #practical information on appropriate and rapid response measures during emergencies, assisting affected individuals, and standard procedures for cash transfer.

A two-day #training_workshop on news writing and videos recording during emergency situations has commenced for Information and Dissemination officers of the #ARCS from regional zones and provincial branches. The workshop was inaugurated in the presence the Society’s Vice President, Hafiz Azizur Rahman, and the Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Vice President welcomed the participants and emphasized that dissemination officers must #professionally collect, organize, and share information during emergencies to ensure the organization’s activities are clearly and effectively reflected to the public and relevant institutions.

Meanwhile, the Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs underscored the importance of accurate and reliable reporting, describing it as one of the core responsibilities of the ARCS. He emphasized that provincial Dissemination Officers should strictly follow safety principles, professional standards, and necessary coordination while covering emergencies, noting that accurate information enhances public trust and strengthens coordination of humanitarian assistance.

Throughout the two-day workshop, participants will receive comprehensive professional training in news writing, photography, video recording, and key elements of emergency coverage.

A two-day #training_workshop on Safer Access concluded with the distribution of certificates to 34 #volunteers at the ARCS’s provincial branch in Kunar.

During the workshop, participants received detailed information on the fundamental principles of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and safer access practices, empowering them to better ensure their own safety and that of others.
