د #افغاني_سرې_میاشتې د مرکزي دفتر د ریاستونو مسؤولینو، د مقام سلاکارانو او مستقلو آمریتونو آمرینو ته په #افغانستان کې د #آی_سي_آر_سي له لوري د خوندي لاسرسي په اړه یو ورځنی ښوونیز ورکشاپ ترسره شو.
د ورکشاپ پرانیسته کې د افغاني سرې میاشتې د سکرتر جنرال د عملیاتي چارو مرستیال ښاغلي مولوي روح الله عبدالسلام د ورکشاپ د ارزښت، موخې او اړتیا په اړه وینا وکړه. نوموړي د خوندي لاسرسي عناصر د #بشري_مرستو د دوام او اغېزمنتیا لپاره مهم وبلل او ټینګار یې وکړ، چې د سرې میاشتې کارکوونکي باید په دندو کې د مصؤنیت او خوندي لاس رسي اصولو ته جدي پاملرنه وکړي.
هغه زیاته کړه، چې خوندي لاس رسی د فعالیتونو د ښه تنظیم لپاره ځانګړی اهمیت لري او په دې برخه کې ګډه همکاري او همغږي کولای شي د بشري خدمتونو په پراختیا او د اړمنو کورنیو په ملاتړ کې مثبت بدلون را منځته کړي.
په دې ورکشاپ کې ګډونوالو سره د خوندي لاسرسي د اته ګونو عناصرو، بشري فعالیتونو پر مهال د خوندیتوب د تدابیرو او سیمه کې د اغېزمن حضور په اړه لازم معلومات شریک شول؛ څو کاري ټیمونه وکولای شي خپلې چارې په خوندي چاپېریال کې پر مخ یوسي.

#Safer_Access: One-Day Workshop Held for Officials of Central Headquarters

A one-day workshop on Safer Access was held by the #ICRC in #Afghanistan for the directors of central headquarters, advisors to the leadership, and heads of independent units of the #ARCS.
Opening the workshop, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs of ARCS, delivered remarks on the importance, objectives, and necessity of the workshop. He stated that the #components of Safer Access are pivotal to ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of #humanitarian_assistance, emphasizing that ARCS staff must pay careful attention to safety and Safer Access principles while performing their duties.
He added that Safer Access is particularly important for the proper organization of activities, and that joint cooperation and #coordination in this area can bring about positive changes in the expansion of humanitarian services and the provision of support to vulnerable families.
During the workshop, participants received detailed information on the eight components of Safer Access, safety measures during humanitarian operations, and strategies for maintaining an effective presence in the field. The goal was to enable #operational_teams to carry out their work in a safe and secure environment.
