The city literally left a note on one bin that they didn't pick up garbage this week because it was "too full."

I called #SocialHousing maintenance to complain. IMO it is a #health and #safety hazard.

The person on the phone wondered whether it was a city responsibility (I hadn't noticed the note til after the call). I replied that people are dumping on THEIR management property and it isn't being cleared up by anyone, and it certtainly isn't us tenant's job to be hauling this huge mess away.

They promised it would be dealt with.

After spotting the sign re "too full" I am left with curious anticipation -- will management attempt to force tenants to dif through a giant bin to clear out only recycables? Will the city of #Edmonton continue to refuse to pickup #TooFull bins until the entire complex is buried in waste?
