#TodaysTea Ailao Shan Ye Sheng Bai Cha
My new favourite white tea, it comes pressed in single balls one can put as a whole in a gaiwan which leads to a slow development of the flavour with every serving.
Notes: sweet and warm, the taste remains relatively long after drinking. Deep yellow colour of the tea, green brown yellow leafes.

#TodaysTea is a Lapsang Souchong Red Tea Orange from the same box as before. The citrusy smell is super nice, while the red #tea gives it a bold and slightly smoky note. First time steeping a tea orange, hope I did it right!

#TodaysTea is a Yunnan Golden Snail Red #Tea. @kruemmelspalter and I will be trying both the loose variant and the tea oranges - dried fragrant oranges aged with tea stuffed inside.
Notes: sweet, smooth, floral, honey.

#DecRecs #TodaysTea a nice smoky Russian Caravan from Cup&Kettle via my Sipsby subscription. I forgot about it so it oversteeped, but it's still good. Almost coffeelike in its intensity.

There are a lot of new people here today. I’ve been here almost a month, and I’m still learning my way around but I made small posts as I discovered how things work here. I’m going to repost them in a bit as a welcome/I’m glad you’re here thread.

If you fancy a cup, I’m brewing a pot of my signature hot chocolate (no sugar, basic bland bone broth base, cacao, maca root, lion’s mane, rhodiola, rose and a small scoop of coffee, because I’m drinking coffee again. Pinch of salt) #TodaysTea

I sure do a lot of crying on this sad Monday, so I used my mother's old cup for #TodaysTea , which is Witch's Brew by #FridayAfternoonTea . An ideal treat for any grieving soul, black tea, toffee chips, dark chocolate, natural chocolate and raspberry flavoring muddy the water like something an actual witch would cook up. It smells amazingly sweet and tastes like raspberries with the heavy afteetaste of an expensive chocolate. An instant favorite!

Today's tea is a Blue Tea Tonic sold by the online store Tea Exclusive. White tea, green tea and lemongrass paired with the star of the whole blend: dried butterfly pea flower, which is responsible for the amazing blue colour. I must admit, I am only lukewarm about the taste (maybe I need to brew a stronger cup) but that shade is just mesmerizing! It absolutely looks like a mana potion.
