For a number of reasons, I haven't flown since circa 2009. Partly it was delayed recognition of my own contribution (through learning to fly in 1992) to anthropogenic climate change.

Simple fact is, until aircraft are built that do not pump out greenhouse gases, we all need to fly less (mediated by price or more socially acceptable rationing); the world's forests should be saved for their own reasons.
