#TexasDems who returned to the #Texas legislature have been required to sign a form consenting to being monitored 24/7 by a cop. Democratic state Rep. Nicole Collier from Fort Worth refused & she's not being allowed to leave the Capitol til she signs.

Is an agreement signed under duress eg threat of captivity legal?
