The salary transparency survey from #TechLadies gets really weird in the career goals part. It asks, "which role do you hope to reach in your career?" and then offers these options:

- CEO
- COO
- CMO
- CTO
- CPO
- VP
- General Manager
- Founder
- Other

That is some SERIOUS people-manager bias. All the engineers, product designers, UX people, etc. are just "Other"? You'd think for a *tech* industry survey, there'd be more *tech* roles in the list.
