β€œElectric Dreams” (1984) - 2/4 - #ElectricDreams (not the #PKD series) is fascinating if you can forget that a lot of what is being represented was still a #TechFantasy in the #80s of the yet-to-be-realized market for an #InternetOfThings. There are #touchscreens, #SmartAppliances, #MachineLearning generating art, and tons of #screensavers, all impressively shot by #AlexThomson against a love story that is so insipid it is inspiring, with #LennyvonDohlen and #VirginiaMadison playing the leads.
