cohanI don't have much interest in #ValentinesDay apart from chocolate! But no trips to town this week (and no extra money on last grocery shopping!) so someone decided to bake this no-recipe Carrot Coffee Cake- with raisins, toasted pecans and spices (no eggs but it did have butter and yogurt as well as coconut oil). Yummy! Nice texture, lots of flavour... one piece left...
