#Vodafone's #Tobi system is so catastrophically inane they ought to salvage something from this disaster by employing people temporarily to listen in and intervene (I'm told they know and are working on it).
I think the tech support staff are not unhappy to hear complaints about it. It's truly shocking. Absolute 💩.

Both my fibre and 4G Internet links are down. #Digiweb & #Vodafone respectively. First time. My PfSense router is setup to fail over automatically. Online now via phone (#Eir). Vodafone's support number is answered by an "AI" system called #Tobi, by an intergalactic margin the most annoying, mind-blowingly terrible system I've ever encountered. One minute my account number is found. On a subsequent call it doesn't exist. Are you moving house? No. Sends me a text about moving house.🙄🤦
