〈從台積電生態保育政策思考沙崙生態科學園區的規劃〉
台積電宣稱依據TNFD的「定位、評估、評量、準備」（LEAP）方法學建議的AR3T架構，從迴避（Avoid）、減輕（Reduce）、復育及再生（Restore & Regenerate）、轉型（Transform）等四大面向，檢視可行的生態行動，並於2023年發布了《生物多樣性宣言》，確立了以「避免、減少、復育、抵減」為核心的衝擊減輕對策，提出六大管理策略，目標是在2050年前實現淨零毀林、自然與生物多樣性無淨損失（No Net Loss）與淨正向影響（Net Positive Impact）等長期目標。台積電宣稱要支持聯合國生物多樣性公約與永續發展目標，積極保護水域與陸域生態系統，同時積極與利害關係人合作，持續推動生態保育，確保生物多樣性完整。

The TNDF fails to put communities and Indigenous peoples affected by nature loss in the driving seat, and only treats damage to nature as a problem when it affects business profitability. A pretty big fail for an initiative backed by the likes of the UNDP and WWF.
