Hurricane Beryl acted like Israel, now 60 trucks and World Central Kitchen are struggling to deliver food, because #SystemicPoverty means the infrastructure for relief is undeveloped; and reliance on overstressed (not bombed) volunteers is meant to continue reducing self reliance with the NGOs the #FailedStateDepartmentOfMeritlessBlinken line up before regime change.
