Explaining what this truly means requires describing too much switch security architecture but the tl;dr is "don't get too excited" N's security model basically assumes that this is possible (they ship webkit, after all), but it's nonetheless a useful starting point for further research. Started finding new ways yo customize my switch starting with the boot options, I may take this further by replacing the text too. The code only just links to the image name, so as long as it's this size, and a .bmp it can be whatever I want! For now I'll stick to the Crash Override Logo!
