I have a cousin I am close to in the #usarmy. She has top secret clearance and does very rigorous work. She is #transgender. Her fellow #transservicemembers are #dying one after the other by #suicide, including more than one close friend. She has been on #suicidewatch for weeks now. She rarely texts me back and I'm worried I'm going to wake up to a day where I'll never hear from her again. When did it start? November 6th. In fact she called me that morning crying about a friend who had died that night. The recent #scotus ruling on #transgenderservicemembers is reprehensible. The harm this will cause is unbelievable.

She has dedicated her life to service, putting her life on the line time and time again. She is being maligned as someone not fit for duty. She is being told she isnt courageous. The people telling her this? They never served. They've never put their lives on the line for our country. #Hegseth is a whining jackass frat boy who wouldn't know responsibility if it hit him in the face. #trump is a lying, worthless sack of cowardice. The #usa will be less safe and the #military will have killed valuable service members and pushed out those who survive this horrid time. I am ashamed of my country.
