I once called the cops on my upstairs neighbors after i heard a lot of banging around and saw her aggressively hold a large knife at him. Only, 10 minutes later to have the cops nervously point their guns at my face for what felt like an eternity while I (tried to) calmly tell them that I phoned them and that they were at the wrong door.
