In Ireland there’s a wonderful new(ish) tradition called StreetFeast where neighbours are encouraged to get together and enjoy each others company, get to know each other better and have fun. We hosted our neighbourhood StreetFeast party yesterday. We all brought some food and drink which was then shared. The children had lots of fun and games. The weather forecast was grim but in the end it was kind and stayed dry. A lovely time, especially for those new neighbours who recently moved in.
