Trying to make a good #StiltonCheese and #Yoghurt salad dressing.

Initial mix of crumbled cheese with yoghurt worked well.

This time blending them together.

Outcome: Blending them together with a stick blender did not result in the desired taste or consistency - too runny.

As a recovering Meltonian, I feel obliged to point out that Stilton cheese was never actually made in Stilton. It was made in Melton Mowbray but sold primarily in Stilton because that was the nearest point on the Great North Road (today known as the A1).
